    I am 66 years young and trying to get into better shape. I do not need to loose weight, maybe put on a few pounds. I am the same weight I was when I married 41 years ago. 87 pounds! I am not sickly, I am a very healthy lady. I need to get into better shape, get some strength and muscle tone. Hopefully this will help.

    I am a gold member but in order to join gold challenge it is asking me to pay edition money for it . Do I need to pay?

    I “joined” the new core challenge but the links in the download are not active… Do they become active on May 1st?

    Is there someplace where these challenges have more descriptive information about the challenge without having to sign up for it first? When you click on the challenge, the information is the same for each one and that doesn’t help me decide which one is the best for me.
