    What is the best way to get started? Suggestions for what equipment I should set up in my workout area at home?

      Hello Windy,

      Great to hear from you. At the very least you should get a mat and a couple sets of dumbbells (5 lb set and 8 lb set if you are new to exercise.)
      Long bands are fairly cheap so that might be a great addition as well. These items will get you through most of our workouts.

      then, I would watch this short video that Chris made to show you how to NAVIGATE THE GHU TV WEBSITE

      Hi June – so none of the free challenges are exclusively focused on beginners – but we do offer modifications so pick the topic that interests you the most… the Shake up your wake up is a good one.

      We do have specific beginner programs for our members… If you choose to be a member we have 28 day calendars that are designed for those just getting started!!
