GOLD LIVE Class: Low Impact Fusion

Join us for this Get Healthy U TV live workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Chris Freytag will lead you through this fun low impact strength and cardio workout. Don’t confuse low impact with low intensity. This will be an energetic workout using your total body that will get all of your muscles working and your heart pumping, but no jumping involved! Have a few sets of dumb bells and a water bottle and you’ll be ready to go!

    Loved this workout! Great to have a low impact workout for variety. And I tore my hanstring a few weeks ago…just getting back into my workouts and can’t do any high impact or plyometrics so this was perfect! Still tough and worked up a sweat. Like Chris said…it’s also what you make it & what you put into it!

    I loved this workout! I’m a couple days behind the 28 day schedule, my body was sore. I walk every morning, 2.5 miles, in addition to your workouts. Feeling stronger and happier everyday!, just turned 61 in August.

    I want to make another comment about this workout. So many “low impact” workouts are labeled for beginners or intermediate. Would love to see a int/advanced low impact using this same cardio/weight effect. You can up the level with this one simply by going heavier:) I am loving my gold class membership. Thank you, Pam
