Wonderful discussion! I love all the workouts and I go as heavy as I can on the weights. 8 to 10 lbs and when I can’t go heavy, I do the modifications. Hopefully, I will be able to go heavier! Chris, I absolutely love the motivation you are giving me to get through each and every workout especially when I think I can’t yes I can!! So happy there is someone out there that can share their knowledge without a hefty price tag. Thank you and your staff.
Thank you Chris, I’m a long time follower and now recent subscriber to GHUTV. The workouts are great! Thank you for offering such a variety and a good challenge. I’m happy to have subscribed to such a great resource.
I was taking a nap when you were live!! I love all your workouts, if I’m not feeling well I choose an easier workout or modify them. I’m wondering though if you are planning on doing videos with kettlebells.
We do not have any current plans for that type of video, but your feedback has been forwarded to the proper department. Your comments are important to us and help with the development of new programs and offers. We will continue to listen and work hard for your complete satisfaction.
Thanks Chris and Claire.
I have tight and painful hips, hip flexors and hamstrings after cardio. Is there a stretching routine you recommend on get healthy u tv. I absolutely love your definition program and you are the most motivational coach I’ve ever worked out with. You always make me smile with your incredibly upbeat personality. You rock.
Thank you!!!

Love the video for Power 20 and the challenges! What do you recommend to do after the 28-day Power 20? I work out 6-7 days a week so I don’t need to start the full 28 Power 20 program again so I am repeating the last 2-weeks
5 months ago I had my ACL reconstructed, during this time I was very inactive doing PT only. Due to my inactivity (and eating) I have gained 15 lbs.
I noticed that the weight has gravitated to my lower body (hips but thighs and lower stomach) I believe the exercises I am doing to rehab my knee are causing these areas to expand. My question is now that I am not restricted with movement, what form of exercise works best to decrease size in these areas. Help my pants don’t fit!
I still love you..just talk to me
I’m 49 and have been doing 60 minutes of cardio daily most of my adult live. This is no longer doing the trick and gaining weight. I have just started to add strength training. How long does it take to start seeing results and hopefully weight loss.
Any kettlebell workouts planned? Love the variety of your workouts
When doing reverse planks what direction should your fingers be pointing forward, sideways or backward and why
I’m 49 years old and studying to become a trainer. Any words of advice?
I am loving gethealthyutv and all the great videos! Thanks, Chris for all you do for us fitness warriors!
I work out 3 times per week in a 45 min class that really challenges me. We use body weight, free weights, and kettle bells, etc. On the other days I walk or use the treadmill, and do 1-2 core sessions like your muffin top melter. In general, is this enough exercising? What do you recommend?
