You will use dumbbells and move through 7 low impact strength moves doing as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Shannon will encourage you to move at your own pace and Shelley and Sam will joining in on this workout. AMRAPS sneak up on you but are tons of fun. Watch the time fly by as you build strength and stamina. If you like low impact strength, check out another low impact strength option!
