This is a circuit-style workout focused on the lower body and core. Circuits string exercises together with little to no rest in between. You’ll perform two exercises for the buns and two for the abs, then you’ll repeat each circuit. Trainer Shannon will keep it slow and controlled while you engage your muscles and feel the work. Get ready for a fun, effective strength workout that targets those buns and core muscles! Check out version 1 and 2 of this format too!
