Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! You loved the first one – so check out this second one with trainer Sam Cam leading the way. This workout is a fun combo of strength and cardio. BOSU stands for “Both Sides Utilized” so we will be using it dome side up and dome side down. However, if you don’t have a BOSU, a step will be a great substitute and work well for this workout! We will go between athletic cardio drills and strength exercises using the BOSU and dumbbells. Get ready for your muscles to work and your heart rate to rise! We will offer modifications too! This is a total body burner!
