Lindsay will give you the power moves with impact and jumps while Jodi shows you the low impact options. Not only do these moves give you a heart rate push, but they challenge your muscles and strengthen you from head to toe. Using high pulls, jump lunges, and push-ups you’ll definitely feel your muscles and change your body. It’s one amazing total body interval workout.

This HIIT workout is done tabata-style. A tabata is an interval workout that pushes you hard in an exercise for 20 seconds and then gives you a 10 second rest before the next intense move. The beauty of this type of training is that although a move might be tough and kick your butt, it only lasts 20 seconds before you get to take a breather. Soon enough you are on to the second, third and fourth move and everything goes by crazy fast! It’s truly the best way to get a killer workout in record time.
