This is my favorite out of the house breakfast. Banana Overnight Oats –
2 cups Steel cut oats + 4 large bananas mashed well (I put them in a blender) +1 TBSP cinnamon + 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp nutmeg + 3 T brown sugar + 7-!/2 cups milk (I use unsweetened almond, oats or coconut)
Combine all in a crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours AND ON high for 3-4. This serves 10 – 2/3 cup serving size. We put in mason jars and it last for a week. Top in the morning with your favorite berries and zap in the microwave at home or at work. Absolutely deeelish and filling.
