Amy will introduce each powerhouse move and provide plenty of modifications as she leads you through different series of movements that incorporate plyometrics and rotations in order to work your total body. You’ll begin your kettlebell workout video with a double arm swing, traveling side to side with the bell before introducing a small hop—plyometric work—into the movement. Amy encourages you every step of the way in this workout, so it’s easy to follow along as you learn new movements and get your heart pumping.
For your next series of movements in this kettlebell workout video, you’ll incorporate some rotation using a step tap movement with the bell. You’ll swing the bell as you begin to twist your torso, giving you a powerful combination of core work and cardio. You’ll perform moves like the halo, where you take the bell around your head. This movement works your core and helps you build a strong and toned upper body.
Next in this kettlebell workout video, you’ll do moves like wide arm rows, incorporating rotation and squats for an added challenge. After that, it’s time for burpee row frog jumps—an intense calorie-burning move you’ll never forget. Amy will also have you do a Figure 8 series with squats, which takes agility, focus, and the strength of your total body to perform. You’ll do deadlifts, lunges, squats and more—all with the power of the kettlebell to condition your muscles and tone you head to toe.
