HIIT workouts include work/rest intervals of various timing. Tabata is a type of HIIT workout. Specifically, it’s a four-minute interval consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Join trainer Leah Zahner as she leads you through 3 Tabatas, each repeated twice, for a total of 6 Tabatas! You will feel sweaty and strong after this 40-minute workout, no doubt!
