My least favorite workout. Too many other workouts that make me sweat a lot more.

Fun and challenging, very few rest periods definitely challenged my endurance. I used 3# dumbbells instead of a bar. Burned 300 cal per apple watch (for me records).

I liked this workout! What a good variety using the bar. I have a dowel, that is not weighted but it worked out as I’m just learning the moves. Looking forward to more.
