Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Led by Chris Freytag, Yoga With Weights combines hand weights, light cardio and yoga poses for a maximum calorie-burning effect. Your heart will be pumping and you muscles will be working. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. All levels are welcome. You need a yoga mat, sweat towel and two pairs of light dumbbells – a 3 or 5 lb. pair and an 8 lb. pair if feeling strong.
