Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Jodi Sussner will lead us through an amazing HIIT Body Blast workout. This 45-minute HIIT workout is high intensity intervals done in a tabata style format. This means 20 seconds of high intensity movement, followed by 10 seconds of rest – all simply using bodyweight. We will focus on strength and cardio in this total body calorie torcher! All levels welcome – we will give you modifications!
