Description:
Some of our favorite types of workouts are circuits and intervals, and for a good reason – they work! When you combine strength and cardio into the same workout, you get your heart rate up, burn calories, and strengthen your muscles all at once. They are fun and super effective workouts! If you’ve already completed Circuits & Intervals 1 and Circuits & Intervals 2, we know you are going to love this calendar with some of our newest videos to date!

Interval training is a dynamic and efficient way to workout, alternating between periods of high intensity exercise and lower intensity exercise, recovery and/ or rest. This approach challenges the body to push its limits during the intense bursts of exercises, followed by periods of rest or lower-intensity exercises. The ability to personalize the intensity of the intervals makes this method suitable for individuals of all different fitness levels.

Circuits and Intervals #3 Calendar is comprised of workouts from both our Premium and GOLD videos. While it is great to train with these types of workouts, we also want you to remember that it’s good to take a day or two off. Each week you will have at least one day of ADOR (Active Day of Rest). These are days for you to move your body in a less intense way and doing something that you enjoy. The other five days of this calendar are pretty intense, with a yoga, mobility or barre workout in there as well to make sure we are stretching our bodies. Feel free to change up the workouts and move your ADOR days around to meet your needs and schedule. Remember, this is just a plan but it can be changed to help you stay consistent to your goals.

These workouts will blast your heart rate, work your muscles, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished!

All exercises you perform are your own responsibility and you perform them at your own risk. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before starting any physical exercise, fitness or wellness regiments of any kind.
