I have been doing the strength and stretch. I was at my target weight but went off my healthy diet for a number of reasons and gained 6 lbs over the last month. I am 65 years old and have been doing strength workouts with 12 to 15 lb weights on most workouts. Is there a calendar you could recommend I do along with getting back on my weight watcher diet for losing those 6 lbs.?
Just joined and have a question about the calendars. Some calendars are marked beginner, but what are the rest of them? Are they all advanced?

You need to have some exercises for older members who are unable to use their knees to do exercises. I have had both knees replaced and cannot kneel on them to raise my weight from a floor position or do exercises from the floor - or fall! Maybe I am doing something wrong - besides needing to lose weight!
