Ask just about anyone who wants to change their body and the two areas they’ll most-likely want to change are the buns and abs. For so many of us, these are the areas that are the hardest to tone and keep lean. Luckily, this core bootcamp workout is specifically designed to work your butt and your gut in a heart-pumping, powerful workout that will help you start seeing results and making real changes in your body.
This core bootcamp routine is a circuit-style workout. Circuits string exercises together with little to no rest in between. You’ll perform two exercises for the buns; then two for the abs—and then you’ll repeat each circuit. You’ll need two sets of weights for this workout if you plan on adding extra resistance—one a little heavier and one a little lighter.
