This challenging cardio and core tabata workout, led by Lindsey Bomgren, will consist of 2-minute cardio intervals in true tabata style (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) paired with 1-minute of core strengthening exercises, on repeat. Grab one medium dumbbell (5-10 lbs) and get ready to raise your heart rate while sculpting your core. Low and high impact options will be offered for the cardio intervals.
