Video Download: GOLD Workout: Pyramid Power Plus 2
If you liked Pyramid Power in the Power 20 program or if you already tried the GOLD Pyramid Power Plus 1, this is another round of fun for you! Chris Freytag will lead you through this 45-minute interval-based workout to sculpt your entire body. We’ll do six rounds of cardio and strength drills, starting with one exercise for the first round, then adding a new exercise for each consecutive round before working our way up to a heart pumping six-move workout and then coming back down. This pyramid workout is tough but fun! As you progress through the moves you’ll be breathing heavy and sweating.
