Chris Freytag will once again lead us through an energizing and mindful 30-minute vinyasa flow yoga workout number 3. The word “vinyasa” means to flow and we will create a series of poses that flow together working your body from head-to-toe. Vinyasa yoga is a great bodyweight strength workout on its own, but also a great cross training workout for stretching your muscles and engaging your core. Improve balance, strength and core control with this wonderful yoga workout. We will end will some really good stretches for the back and the hips too. All you need is a mat!
