Tara mixes in a few typical ab roll ups with some creative planks, side planks, and bear crawls. The best way to strengthen your core is to use it in all directions. These exercises do just that and will help to strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles, and the muscles around the pelvis. Modifications are given, so all levels are welcome.
