Join us for the next Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready for another Ladder workout filled with a mix of cardio and strength. Trainer Shannon Tietz is always ready to bring the heat. You will start with 10 reps of each compound exercise, then 9 reps, 8 reps, and so on down to 1 rep each. We’ll do some simple cardio between each set as well. By the end of this workout, you’ll be feeling sweaty and strong—and probably pretty fatigued! All levels are welcome, and low-impact modifications will be demonstrated.
