Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! If you like the Pyramid Power format, this is our second round with a kickboxing focus! Shelley Hawkins will lead you through this interval-based workout to work both cardio and strength. We’ll climb the pyramid adding a new exercise for each consecutive round and then come back down. This kickboxing pyramid workout is tough but fun! As you progress through the moves you’ll be breathing heavy and sweating.
