Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready to burn out the upper body in this second version of Low Impact Upper Body Circuits. This routine will hit every muscle group in the upper body using dumbbells and bodyweight. We’ll go heavy, slow, and controlled to break down the muscle fibers and sculpt your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and back. Trainer Tara Putz will also thread in a little core work throughout the workout. Grab a few sets of dumbbells (we suggest 8–20 pounds) and get ready to sweat and sculpt with both floor work and standing work—but no jumping! Like we say, it’s low impact, but not low intensity!
