Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Join Chris Freytag as she takes you through this second round of our Superset Upper Body workout. In a superset, you’ll perform a set of two different exercises back-to-back with minimal rest in between. In this workout, we’ll be doing muscle group supersets with the goal of working one particular area especially hard. It is a great way to focus on a specific area of the body!
Grab a few sets of dumbbells because muscle fatigue is part of the plan. You can either start out heavier and drop down in weight or keep the same weight through the full workout if you’re able. Either way, get ready for a challenge that will have you feeling the burn!
