Get ready for a 20-minute full body pyramid workout that will get you sweating and have your heart pumping! This full body pyramid workout consists of five moves that will build strength and burn calories simultaneously, working multiple muscle groups at a time. You’ll perform each move for 30 seconds, stacking them on top of each other so you perform one right after the other with just 30 seconds of rest in-between.

You’ll start with an athletic-based warm-up filled with moves like jumping jacks, high knees, and butt kicks. Then, Lindsey will show you the first move: squat jacks. This plyometric move is a great lower body exercise that will tone your legs, glutes, and thighs while getting your heart rate up. Next, it’s onto push-ups with a shoulder tap. Continuing to climb to the top of this full body pyramid workout, you’ll next reach for your dumbbells for the third move, which is a half burpee with a row. After that, you’ll keep your dumbbells with you for a reverse lunge with a bicep curl. The fifth exercise is a hard one: plank jacks. Of all the routines you’ll try, this full body pyramid workout is like no other: it works your total body and helps you torch calories through interval-based drills.

After you’ve stacked each of these moves on top of each other, you climb back down the pyramid, dropping off moves as you go. This is good news, because by the last exercise, you’ll be feeling the burn and at the most intense level of the workout. Lindsey will provide plenty of encouragement throughout this full body pyramid workout, doing the moves along with you and motivating you to keep going. This is the best bodyweight workout you’re going to get in 20 minutes, and it will leave you feeling strong, healthy, and accomplished!
