You’ll perform each move for 30 seconds, stacking them on top of each other so you perform one right after the other with just 30 seconds of rest in-between.
You’ll start with an athletic-based warm-up filled with moves like jumping jacks, high knees, and butt kicks. Then, Lindsey will show you the first move: squat jacks. This plyometric move is a great lower body exercise that will tone your legs, glutes, and thighs while getting your heart rate up. Next, it’s onto push-ups with a shoulder tap. Continuing to climb to the top of this full body pyramid workout, you’ll next reach for your dumbbells for the third move, which is a half burpee with a row. After that, you’ll keep your dumbbells with you for a reverse lunge with a bicep curl. The fifth exercise is a hard one: plank jacks. After you’ve stacked each of these moves on top of each other, you climb back down the pyramid, dropping off moves as you go.
