Hi, I'm Chris Freytag, and water is truly the miracle product. It will help you with weight loss. It will help you feel better every day, and it will also help you with your workouts. But most of us aren't getting enough water each and every day. You wanna drink about 64 ounces or about eight cups of water every day. Let me give you my tip on how to get more water into your life every day. Get yourself a 32-ounce water bottle or as close to it as you can, grab a permanent marker, and let me show you my tip. Fill up your water bottle and then take your marker, and we're gonna mark it with time codes to motivate you to drink your water. Start at the top with 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and noon, you'll finish it off. Then you'll refill it. Go for 1:00 PM, and you can even make lines if you want to drink to. 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and finish up at 6:00 PM. And you will have drank two water bottles, 64 ounces, enough for the full day.
