Designed for all levels in mind, this interval walk is going to push you through speed and time intervals, getting some serious work done in just 20 minutes! If you are looking for that extra little push on your walk, you are going to get your heart rate up while staying low impact on your joints! You don’t have to be a runner to benefit from the treadmill. Power walking is amazing cardiovascular exercise.
What To Expect In This Workout:
– 3-5 Minute Warm-Up
– Series of Intervals based on Speed and Time
– 1 Minute Cool Down
You’ll do some 30-second intervals, some 1-minute pushes, and in between Tara will give you rest.
This workout will challenge you with intervals that increase your intensity and encourage your body to burn more calories. Feel free to make this workout your own, by playing around with your speed throughout the intervals. Make sure to modify the speed when needed, or bump up your speed if you are looking for that extra push!
