THE YOGA POSES
This 10-minute yoga routine begins with seated deep breathing, moving into beginner warm up stretches like down dog pose, warrior pose, chair pose, and several others. Chris will remind you to continue your deep breathing throughout the 10 minutes, which is a great way to reduce stress and oxygenate your muscles. This 10-minute yoga stretch will complement any of your other weekly workouts, or can be used as a way to begin or end your day calmly. Be sure to use a yoga mat on hard surfaces!
