Baby Bump Fitness System

Whether you’re expecting a baby or are just someone looking for low-impact workouts to move your body, the Baby Bump Fitness System is for you! Led by the pregnant and motivating Lindsey Bomgren, this program is made up of four awesome workouts: Baby Bump Bootcamp, Baby Bump Barre, Baby Bump Yoga, and 10-Minute Mommy Bodyweight Shred (for postnatal mamas.)

With a great variety of exercises to work your muscles and get some light cardio too, these workouts are the perfect way to stay healthy and fit throughout your pregnancy. The exercises in these workouts provide a fun challenge but always remain low-impact and Lindsey encourages you to take everything at your own pace.

As always, be sure to consult your doctor before beginning a pregnancy workout program, especially if you are brand new to exercise.
