2-Week At Home Bodyweight Challenge

Thanks for signing up for the 2-Week At Home Bodyweight Challenge. The best part about this challenge is all the workouts are bodyweight, meaning you won’t need any weights or gym equipment. Get Healthy U TV has a huge library of bodyweight workouts, so for these two weeks, we are unlocking some of our favorite premium and GOLD videos for FREE.

Want to add some weight to your workouts, but don’t have any weights? Here are some household items you can use as a substitute for dumbbells: laundry detergent, paint cans, bag of flour, bag of rice, tote bag filled with canned food, or large water bottles/jugs.

      It says the gold videos are free, but I can only view the overview, not the whole workout.

        I’m a premium member- received this email just the other day. Where are the videos? If no longer available, why am I allowed to download the schedule? Help! Also, if I sign up for the GOLD Membership, will I then be able to access everything?
