With these heart-pumping workouts you’ll shed pounds, sculpt muscles, and get in the best shape of your life. The best part? With eight different types of workouts, this is one month that won’t be boring!

You’ll learn to work harder, not longer, with interval training that requires all-out effort followed by short periods of rest. This type of training helps burn more fat in less time, getting your heart pumping and your total body engaged. You’ll also do workouts like Core Blast Pilates which focus on specific muscle groups. Core strength is so important not only for a flatter tummy, but for stability and to be able to perform other workouts, too!
