I would like to get started with the kettle bell program. I am 55 years old and regularly workout 4 to 5 times per week doing many of Chris Freytag's program. Currently doing Total Body Transformation. I primarily use 8-10 lb weights during exercise. What weight kettle bell should I begin with?
