      Hi there:
So great to hear from you and have you on our squad! WE have plenty of beginner programs for you to try. I would start with one of these:

Our Chair Exercise series is a great way to start, build muscle and get moving!

Our Walk, Sweat Sculpt series is another great way to mix cardio and strength while staying low impact.

Let me know if you like these and need more suggestions or just take a look at all our programs and look for the “beginner” listing

I would like to get started with the kettle bell program. I am 55 years old and regularly workout 4 to 5 times per week doing many of Chris Freytag’s program. Currently doing Total Body Transformation. I primarily use 8-10 lb weights during exercise. What weight kettle bell should I begin with?
