Barre is based on various exercise styles, including Pilates, yoga, and dance, alongside more traditional elements. As you work through barre routines, you’ll improve your balance and posture, build muscle, increase flexibility, burn calories, and reduce stress.
With all that in mind, we’ve created this special set of four workouts, with each one helping you get closer to your best self.
Women at just about any fitness level can successfully complete workouts with a barre theme, as we’ll provide plenty of help and modifications to help you gain the benefits of these fun workouts.

The bundle starts with cardio combined with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This hybrid workout is designed to get your heart rate up while sculpting, lengthening, and toning the abs, arms, glutes, and legs.
From there, we’ll lead you through a 20-minute Barre sculpt workout that blends Pilates, ballet, isometric holds and functional strength training to tone you from head-to-toe. There is no formal dance training necessary.
The set is capped by two strength training routines for effective total body workouts. These will target all of your major muscles by combining traditional barre moves with body sculpting moves, with one being a barre-influenced bodyweight HIIT workout, with no equipment needed!
Workouts included are:
– Move Barre Cardio (24 min)
– Move Barre Sculpt (22 min)
– Barre Strong: Total Body Sculpt and Shred (35 min)
– Barre Strong: Bodyweight HIIT Workout (31 min)
