Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Not a dancer, but LOVE to get down to some jams in your living room when you're in the mood? Give this dance/cardio workout, led by Leah Zahner, a try. Simple dance-inspired movements combined with full body exercises will have you grooving to the beat and burning some calories while you're at it. Sequences will repeat (including modifications and challenges) so you'll have plenty of time to settle into the movement and find your rhythm!
