    Please give us more workouts with Shannon, Tara, Patty and Sam leading the workouts. Still waiting for a back and biceps workout. We already have 2 chest, triceps and shoulders workout. Now we need to see a balance of the workouts—need a back, and biceps workout. Seems like every month there are 2 days with no workouts. I am considering not renewing. Getting tired of Chris always trying to see us something!!!

    Used to love the workouts; lately not so much. I mostly watch the older ones. I miss Shelly , Leah, Lindsay. I’m in my 60’s and a lot of the new workouts don’t appeal to me.

    Monday, December 8th will be chest, triceps, shoulders burnout. I think it would be a good idea to have a back and biceps burnout during the same month. Thank you,

    Would like to see more 45 min workouts. For November there are only two 45 min out of 8 workouts.

    I’d love to see more Speed walking! How about 3,4,5😃. How about some 45 min ones!! Would also love some 50-60 min old fashioned Step aerobics routines! Thanks so much!!
