love the variety but would love to see more straight cardio (30-45 minute) options. Those have been very limited lately.

I'm hoping for another Cardio Blast workout soon. Also a new cardio or HIIT kickboxing. As you can see I'm after more pure cardio.
Could you please clarify how/when/where we actually access the videos on the day they are scheduled? Also, it would be wonderful if this schedule could be either emailed out to Gold members or posted in a PDF format to download. Thanks!
