GOLD No Jumping Tabata HIIT 3

Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Trainer Shelley Hawkins will challenge you with this Tabata-style interval workout. Tabata intervals are made of 8 segments of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Shelley will combine strength and cardio moves for a total-body burner. All low impact, meaning no jumping, but don’t be fooled—it's not low intensity. You will be sweating and hopefully smiling the whole way through!
