Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready for the 7th round of this Tabata-style interval workout, No-Jumping Tabata HIIT if a squad favorite format! Tabata intervals are made of eight segments of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Trainer Patty will combine strength and cardio moves for a total body burner. These moves are all low impact and there will be no jumping, but that doesn’t mean low intensity!
