GOLD Superset Circuits Lower Body 2

Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Trainer Tara will guide you through another round of our Superset Lower Body Workout. A superset means you'll perform a set of two different exercises back-to-back with minimal rest in between. In this workout, we'll be doing supersets to target the legs and buns. The first exercise of each superset will involve dumbbells, and the second exercise will use bodyweight. Fatigue will be your friend, so get ready for a challenge that will make you feel the lower body burn!
