This 45-minute Blended Barre 2 workout, led by Shelley Hawkins, focuses on our inner graceful athlete. Using light hand weights, isometric holds and cardio moves, the body will be strengthened, lengthened & sculpted. You can do this workout with just your bodyweight or add a set of light dumbbells (2-5 lbs.) and a chair for balance. Guaranteed to raise your heart rate and you will feel the burn!
