This 45 minute Blended Barre 3 workout, is the 3rd in the series. Led by Shelley Hawkins, this workout will leave you feeling strong! Using light hand weights, isometric holds and cardio moves, the body will be strengthened, lengthened & sculpted. You can do this workout with just your body weight or add a set of light dumbbells (2-5 lbs) and a small sponge ball (or pillow). Guaranteed to raise your heart rate and you will feel the burn!
