This is a total body HIIT workout incorporating high intensity intervals, involving cardio and strength back-to-back in 40, 30, and 20 second intervals. You’ll perform each move for 40 seconds, then 30, and finally 20—allowing you to master form while pushing your limits. All you need is a medium to heavy set of dumbbells. This will workout your entire body and get your heart pumping. It’s a sweat fest for sure!
