Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Get ready to work out with Trainer Patty Knudsen during Bootcamp Burn 7. There will be a little cardio, a little strength, and a lot of sweat! This workout has three main blocks of work—upper body, lower body, and core—with some new moves thrown into the mix.
