Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! This is our fifth installment of Boxing + Bar led by Trainer Sam Cam. As expected, this boxing and bar format uses the combat bar along with boxing moves. Sam will lead you through this high-energy workout while adding in the weighted bar for blocking and other boxing moves. With some old moves, some new moves, lots of sweat, and lots of fun, this is the best cardio and muscle endurance butt-kicker you’ll experience!
