Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Trainer Maddy will lead you through this 5th version of our Mini Band Barre. This 30-minute barre workout will include light dumbbells and the mini-band and bring you some new exercises. You’ll get some good strength and low-impact cardio segments.
