Trainer Tara Putz will get you sweating and working hard with this Tabata-style interval workout, No-Jumping Tabata HIIT 4. Tabata intervals are made of eight segments of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tara will combine strength and cardio moves for a total body burner. These moves are all low impact and there will be no jumping, but that doesn’t mean low intensity!
