Hi, I'm Chris Freytag. Now everybody talks about the back of their arms, and they want to firm up and tone those flabby arms. Well, let me tell you, tricep dips are one of the best exercises that you can do. It's a body weight exercise so, you can really do it anywhere, anytime. Let me give you some tips. You're going to come and find a chair, a step, whatever you have available to you and place your hands onto that step. Fingertips face your butt, your glutes. You're going to lift off of that step or chair, and most importantly you want to keep strong through your shoulders. So don't sink into your neck, but nice and strong. You're going to bend your knees and your going to slide down an imaginary wall, letting your elbows point backwards. Range of motion is important so, come all the way down and come up. All the way down. Elbows point back all the way up. You'll feel it in the backside of your arms. If you want to make it a little more difficult, step those feet a little farther away. The longer the lever, the harder it is. All the way down, all the way up. This will help you firm and tone the back of the arms and feel great in sleeveless shirts.
