This seated knee pain relief routine will improve your strength and mobility. These simple knee exercises are mostly done in the seated position and may help relieve knee pain and knee tightness. They don’t require a lot of time, but are meant to be done consistently and will improve your strength and mobility. This is a therapeutic session with movements performed slowly and with control. We will warm up and move into several good exercises and stretches to help strengthen the muscles around the knee and improve range of motion. We will engage the quad muscles, hamstrings, and calves as all three muscle groups are involved with extending, bending, and moving the knee.
