Description
If you like a little longer warm-up and cool-down, this format is for you. Chris Freytag will challenge you with an intense upper-body strength workout focused on your chest, back and core. It is coupled with a solid warm-up and cool-down. Chris starts with an approximately 8-minute warm up, followed by 20 minutes of upper-body strength training, and ends with an effective 15-minute stretch session.
Your chest, back and core muscles will feel fatigue as you work the pushing, pulling and twisting motions. The longer warm-up really allows your joints and muscles to prepare for the upcoming workout. The final active stretch will help you with strength and flexibility.
